AGRITURISMO DI COLLEOLI
This property was a former hunting lodge that
has simply and tastefully converted the upper floor to add bedrooms.
A former barn has also been converted to create 2 apartments,
each of which sleep up to 4 people. All residents have access
to a good-sized swimming pool and there are ample opportunities
for walking, biking and horse-riding. A restaurant providing
typical Tuscan family food is on the ground floor of the main
building where breakfast is also served. Pisa airport is 30
minutes drive and Florence just 50 minutes. Colleoli is within
easy reach of Tuscany’s most famous cultural centres such
as Volterra, Lucca, Siena and San Gimignano.

ANTICA DIMORA DI LEONES
In the centre of Palaia is a beautiful family-run
hotel. Lovingly restored, the hotel retains the original features
of the family home with furniture and artefacts throughout,
all of which have a story to tell.
There are bookcases, sitting rooms, nooks and crannies, making
the hotel feel more of a home from home than a hotel.

LA PALAZZINA
Set in the hills on the outskirts of Palaia,
The former villa, La Palazzina provides apartment accommodation
for between 2 and 6 people. Each apartment has been simply and
traditionally furnished. Breakfast is provided and the swimming
pool offers spectacular views across the surrounding countryside.
The village of Palaia is less than 1km away with 4 bars, restaurants,
grocery shops and a pharmacy. Supermarkets and further shops
are only 15 minutes drive in the town of Forcoli. Pisa airport
is only 30 minutes and Florence 50 minutes. La Palazzina is
conveniently located for exploring Tuscany’s best known
cultural centres such as Lucca, Siena, Volterra and San Gimignano.

PRATELLO
An avenue of cypress trees bends up the gentle
slope to the corner of paradise which is the estate of Pratello.
The former villa has been beautifully transformed into a 15
room agriturismo. There are also 5 self-contained apartments,
each of which has access to the property’s facilities.
Breakfast is served on the terrace overlooking the gardens and
the valley below. The gardens provide a multitude of quiet spots
to sit and relax or to wander gently, taking in the scent of
lavender. Pratello has a large swimming pool with a bar that
is open from midday until 5pm providing drinks, mozzarella and
tomato salads, prosciutto and melon, spaghetti al pomodoro.
There is also a tennis court. A set dinner is available in the
evening and most fresh ingredients come from the kitchen garden.
Unlike many properties that fill every available space with
sleeping space, there are seating areas upstairs as well as
a billiards table.
