Many of the properties we represent cannot be found via the Internet, and in some cases the owners do not speak English. Our service removes the language barrier and assures you of the benefits of first-hand experience and local knowledge. If the property does not meet your requirements, we will help you to find one that does, so there is none of the risk associated bookings made “blind” over the Web or by telephone.

Most properties are within driving distance of our offices, so we can provide a personal trouble-shooting service to resolve any issues that may arise before or during your stay. We are also able to assist you with arranging personalised TOURISM AND LEISURE SERVICES.

As well as arranging rentals of private villas and apartments, we have professional relationships with a number of hotels and “Agriturismi”(these are essentially bed and breakfasts adjacent to an agricultural concern). These vary greatly, in authenticity, location and in the quality of accommodation provided. Some provide lunch and/or dinner prepared with home grown produce and the rooms range from the spartan to the luxurious. Booking through Tinvito is as easy as booking direct – we do not charge for this service.

In addition to the properties shown, we have access to a large number of other properties, and can undertake property searches to find exactly the sort of accommodation you are looking for. If you have already found a property that interests you via the Internet, but would like to be reassured that it is what it claims to be, we will be happy to visit it in person and provide a first-hand assessment.
