I am writing to say what a great job Emma did during our family vacation in Tuscany last summer! We were able to use our time so much more efficiently because of her planning. Her knowledge of Tuscany is comprehensive and she had many personal contacts who were both interesting and helpful. Her suggestions for activities were great, for instance horseback riding. She was also able to get us tickets to the Uffizzi gallery at the last minute. She made herself available to us at all hours when we got ourselves into jams; for instance, in spite of having a Tom-Tom we got lost in the Tuscan hills with a low tank of gas after dark and she managed to find us. She also helped us get to the airport at 6AM when our limousine didn't show! I would highly recommend her.
