on the outskirts of the famous town of Pietra Santa, has graced

style that has been applied to the refurbishment.
The house is beautifully located with spectacular views over
the sea which is just kilometres away. The location also provides
an evening breeze off the sea – extremely welcome in the
July and August heat.
Pietra Santa has become a magnet for artists and particularly
sculptors who benefit from the proximity of the town to the
world famous marble caves of Carrara.
The town itself is full of bars, restaurants and boutique
shops and the summer has regular concerts, exhibitions and cultural
events.
The elegant Italian sea-side resort of Forte dei Marni traditionally
favoured by Italians and a mecca of designer and boutique shops,
restaurants and bars is just kms away as are multiple other
sea front towns such as Viarreggio with the active night-life
bar and club scene is extremely popular.
Entrance to one of the many “bagni” that line the
sea-front, can be arranged at extra charge where beach bars,
lounge chairs and umbrellas providing access to the private
beaches.
The property is just 5 km from the sea and 7 km from the stylish
resort of Forte dei Marmi.

Carrara, where the marble caves can be visited
is close-by and half an hour up the coast are the Cinque Terre
– a group of five fishing villages connected by boat,
rail and hiking.
Pisa airport is the most convenient point of arrival from abroad
from where transfers by car or train can be easily arranged.
