Local shops, bars and restaurants are just five minutes away in the charming medieval town of Palaia. There is also a chemist, butcher, pasticceria and grocery shops. 10 minutes away down in Forcoli there is also a supermarket.
For sunseekers, or for less active days, spectacular terracing leads up to the pool and adjoining hydro-masssage pool with 360° views of the country-side. As well as a double bedroom upstairs, the pool-house has a fully equipped kitchen and shower-room and a shaded terrace that is perfect for outdoor lunches and lazy afternoons.

The property has extensive and well-tended grounds with a multitude of aromatic and flowering plants, olive trees, fruit trees and garden sculptures providing a multitude of peaceful seating areas and relaxing walks.
