How do we charge?

1. Retainer basis
For clients with ongoing needs we suggest a monthly retainer fee to cover services outlined above to a maximum of 4 hours weekly or 16 hours monthly:
€500/month net

2. Daily basis
We charge a daily rate of 250 euros if we are retained for an entire day.
We charge 125 euros for a half day that shall not exceed 5 hours

3. Hourly basis
For one-off and/or services that do not fall within the monthly hours available:
€30/hour net

Travel time is charged at 50% of the hourly rate and calculated by 15-minute periods

4. For activities booked through 3rd parties, we add a 10% margin. In certain cases, we are paid commission. We are fully transparent and in these instances there is no additional charge to our clients.
Activities and guided tours need to be booked in advance, especially for the summer season to ensure that the services and guides are available. A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking

5. For rentals and bookings, again a 50% deposit is payable in advance to secure the booking. If we are paid commission by the property owners, there is no additional charge to our clients. Commission is paid to us by those who have their own websites or who work with agencies and with whom we do not have an exclusive arrangement.

Where we have an exclusive arrangement, we charge a standard 20% additional charge to the payment made to the property owner.
